Assalam Alaikum,

Meeting minutes of Committee meeting on July 29, 2018.

Attendies : Mr.Fasiuddin, Mr.Ruknuddin, Mr.Zabiulla, Mr.Haneef, Mr.Arif, Mr.Moin

                     (Mr.Fasiuddin bhai left meeting in  middle)

Total Duration : 9.30PM-11PM. ( 1.5 hrs)  

Points discussed:

1.Talked with a watchman applicant - Decision pending. 

2.Some pointers about other aspiring candidates came through neighboring watchmen, will talk to them too, and choose most suitable among all the available options, in few days.. inshallah.

3. Few members suggested about having inter-come  facility, and watchman can call to respective flat, in case of any new visitor turns up at the gate.

Opening for a watchman post

Assalam Alaikum,

As you all know,  currently there is no watch man to our apartment , and we are looking for a new watchman to get appointed.

Based on the previous experience, the following is the required qualification/criteria for the watchman.

1. His family should be small ( 2 adults, 2 kids)
2. He should be available always. should not be doing any full time/part time jobs outside.
3. He should not have any power consumption home appliances such as Cooler, Heaters etc
4. He should not be alchoholic

Salary ~ 6000 per month.

Joining Time : Immediate.
